Rashidi Yekini – Though not from Oyo state, Oyo State Government has established an endowment fund for is Children.
Rashidi Yekini is from ‘s from Kwara but lived in Oyo, Ibadan.
This was revealed by the Oyo state Commissioner forSports, Hon. Dapo Lam Adeshina. Consistent with him, the endowment fund are going to be managed in conjunction with Yekini’s family.
The Oyo state government started the endowment fund with N5 million however are calling on well Nigerians and company organizations to donate to the fund so the late footballer’s youngsters won’t suffer in his absence.
