Lagos News: Man Sent To jail Over Breasts Fondling
Lagos News – Honest Ogu, a Lagos based thirty year man has been sent to jail for allegedly fondling a woman’s breasts. According to Chioma Gabriel (the victim), Ogu forcefully touched her breasts which she didnt consent to and demanded sex from her.
He was arrested by the police and arraigned before Yaba Magistrate’s Court in Lagos State for sexual harassment and assault.
The offence he committed, according to the prosecutor, Essien, was contrary to section 261 of the Criminal Code Law of Lagos State 2011.
Ogu was subsequently remanded at the Ikoyi jail, Lagos when he pleaded not guilty to the charges brought against him and was granted bail, however couldn’t fullfil his bail conditions.
