Governor Seriake Dickson yesterday approved the appointments of three disabled persons as his special assistants.

Governor Dickson who recently appointed 350 aides that caused challenges of identification in the state has appointed 3 more physically-challenged persons as aides.

The appointments are contained in a statement signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mr. Daniel Iworiso-Markson.

The approval followed a protest by physically-challenged persons, who barricaded the Tombia Roundabout on Monday over government’s alleged indifference to their plight.

They are

- Mr. Ekpemekumo Major-Doutimiar

- Mr. Napoleon Azeke and

- Mr. Itekesi Amangala, as the governor’s special assistants for West, Central and East senatorial districts to coordinate the activities of the Physically challenged.
