Bomb Discovered in Imo State, Isiala Mbano

Bomb Discovered in Imo State – A heap of bomb has been uncovered in Isiala Mbano of Imo State, close to the Umudo village hall.

It was reported that the villagers, who initially blamed the incident on the dreaded Islamic sect, Boko Haram, quickly scampered into safe communities.

It was additionally gathered that the un-exploded bomb was found about 24hrs to a scheduled mass billed for the village by the Parish Priest of Saint Theresa Catholic Church, Obollo, Rev. Fr. Charles Ohuabunwa.

Confirming the incident, the Village Head, Chief Patrick Osuji and another villager, Mr. Uzoma Okorigwe said the bomb was discovered at 3pm with an attempting to wash up the hall and its surroundings prior the Eucharistic celebration.
