Bauchi State News: Explosion hits Beer Garden

Bauchi State News – An explosion is said to hit a beer garden in Bauchi, Sunday, wounding 9 individuals.

Bauchi State police chief, Mohammed Ladan, told The Associated Press that an improvised explosive device went off late Sunday within the town. This was the set day that Presidential Debate was also set.

Nigerian Red Cross official, Adamu Abubakar, said a three-month-old baby was among those wounded in Bauchi bomb blast.

The attacks came amid growing violence blamed on a radical Boko Haram sect in many nations in northern Nigeria.

Boko Haram sect are now known for their radical ways of carrying out Explosives in Bars, Churches amongst other facilities.
